Global back-up
As a well-established trading company, we have local offices all over the world. We back up sawmills’ sales organizations on site, where business is done, with our own salespeople.
The Elof Hansson timber sales organization is represented in Scandinavia, North and South America, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Varied assortment
Our sales program includes Swedish wood as well as a broad and varied assortment of woods from North and South America, Europe and Africa. Building materials, including steel accounts for an increasingly important part of the Timber division’s sales volume since the division’s customers often are importers/wholesalers with more than timber in their assortment.
Our customers are primarily located in the Middle East, Africa, Americas, China, and Brazil. We trade with timber from all over the world, from all types of sawmills and can always recommend a quality that best meets the needs of the buyer.
