- Specialist (Finance, Risk management, Logistics, IT etc.)

Trainee program
Another opportunity to start your career at Elof Hansson is to become a trainee. We require trainee candidates with the following qualities:
- Desire to learn how to do business
- Knowledge of languages
- Experience from studies and/or work in other countries
- University degree in economics/commerce/business administration
- Recently graduated
Design of the program
During the two-year trainee period trainees are placed at various divisions/departments for 3-6 months. Our Finance and Shipping departments are compulsory 'stations' for each trainee. In addition, one or two stays at our business areas are included in the program as well as a shorter period abroad at a subsidiary or an extensive business trip on foreign markets.
Each placement has its special requirements which are best met through the daily work combined with thorough guidance. We design individual training activities such as sales training, export and import administration, international trade, language training.
What happens then?
After the two-year trainee program the goal is to secure a firm placement at one of our sales divisions or specialist units.
When?
